Up Island | Inspired By The Farm State Road is an inviting contemporary tavern located in the agricultural town of West Tisbury on the island of Martha's Vineyard. Our interiors, designed by Michael S. Smith, are appointed with unique antiques. Our campus is planted with herb, fruit and vegetable gardens that we harvest from daily for our seasonally focused menus. Everything is scratch-made and lovingly prepared by Chef Jonathan Warnock and his talented team. We are committed to supporting our local food shed and sourcing from regional farmers, fishermen and food artisans. State Road is both a genuine neighborhood local and a distinctive dinner destination.
