The team was polite, and the stains I thought were permanent are completely gone! The only thing is that the drying process took a bit longer than I expected, but I’d definitely recommend them. Overall, a great job done.

The fabric feels softer, and the stains are barely visible now. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the process to me. It was a disaster. I called UCM Carpet Cleaning Bowie, hoping they could save it. They arrived quickly and got straight to work. They used their pet-friendly cleaning solutions and some serious equipment to tackle the mess. After they were done, the rug looked like new, and the room smelled fresh. Max is still a mud magnet, but at least I know who to call when the next muddy incident happens!
