Susan Nelson, CRNP

Susan Nelson, C.R.N.P., is a family nurse practitioner with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Nelson is committed to partnering with patients to help them reach their fullest health potential. She values long-term relationships and sees education as a key part of promoting wellness and prevention. 

Outside of work, N.P. Nelson enjoys bowhunting, fishing, gardening and spending time in nature. She is married with four adult children, three grandchildren and a spoiled Labradoodle named Molly.
