Dr. Storch and Buffy are always thorough and attentive. I appreciate their expertise in dental health care. The entire office staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thank you for consistent service in dental care.

Everything is always excellent. From the smiling receptionist when you walk in the door, to the pleasant assistants. Dr. Byrd is very friendly also. I haven't any complaints at all!

I miss Byrd. He's usually at his Frederick office when I am at your Hagerstown office. New dentist looked at my teeth, and her concerns are different than last time she looked at them, not consistent. I volunteered for hygienist…

I always have a good dental day at Dr. Byrds. Dianna cleans my teeth and I really enjoy talking to her and also she cleans my teeth well.

As usual I was treated like family, they take their time to make sure you are comfortable and are always checking throughout the procedure. She is a delightful person and so is her staff.

They were so wonderful with my son cooper who is only 2 1/2! They did a great job of educating me, but always keeping Cooper the center of attention.
