We had excellent service and results thanks to our technician James Magyar. He worked tirelessly for 4 hours getting our A/C back functioning. It was 93 outside with a heat index of 96. They say you get what you pay for.

I've used Thornton and Grooms for several years and have been very pleased with their knowledge and courtesy. They keep you posted as to arrival time and are prepared to do any repairs needed.

Rodney was very professional in installing a new garbage disposal. Took time to answer my questions and explain the features and operation. Arrived on time for the service call and cleaned up after the installation job was complete.
