This business started in January 2016. It was only word of mouth at first, getting noticed by performing quality work.

Meet the Business Owner

I started this business because I love the challenge of a difficult diagnosis. Finding a problem that most couldn't. I took a good look at the outdated business model that most shops use, and saw a need for my business. Most shops have bays filled with "parts changers," and one "tech" (probably the owner). All too often the owner doesn't have time to diagnose the more challenging problems, even if he is an amazing tech, the owner has so much to do. That's where I come in. Of course you can call me in the first place, but if the shops can't figure out what's wrong with your car for any reason, I'm your guy.

There was another roll that needed to be filled, that I noticed. There are a lot of do it yourself mechanics out there that enjoy doing their own work. Sometimes a simple code reader will give enough information for an informed guess at the problem, but frequently, there is no code, or the code is a symptom of something else. That's where I come in.
