As a Nationally Certified Psychologist and Mental Health Integrative Medicine Certified Provider (MHIMCP) through the Mental Health Integrative Medicine Institute (MHIMI), I focus on holistic health to help you to uncover factors that contribute to stress, anxiety and depression. I take a caring, compassionate and individualized approach in my work with people who experience panic, trauma, grief and loss, midlife concerns and women's matters, incorporating cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and existential psychotherapy.
