The Best Egg Rolls by bellabluelittle via Citysearch on 6/15/2004 Kwans has the best egg rolls, great Almond Chicken, Sweet and Sour dishes are great, Lo Mein, General Tao and Soups. It is only carry out, but worth driving there and dining at home.
