I think that the sign in front of the store is very misleading. They will fix your computer for $49.95, but only after charging you $49.95 for diagnostics & $60 to back up your system, so it should say "We'll fix any computer for $160!

They advertise "low cost computer repair" in their yellow pages ad. They are NOT low cost. They are NOT nice and do not seem to know what customer service is. We will never take our business there again!
