Very pleased with the outcome. Second time we had a clog in the main sewer line. He arrived the same day, gave us options for the repair and also performed the repair same day which lasted late into the evening. Michele also followed up to ensure everything went well. Overall service was outstanding. I will call Top Hat Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. With their dedication and exceptional service, Top Hat Plumbing is hard to beat!

Scheduled the repair just a couple days later. Arrived within the time window and completed the work efficiently. They even gave me a 1 year warranty on the replacement product. Will be recommending to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

I cannot say enough positive things about the amount of integrity Willie and his company have. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, and truly cared about us. They helped us beyond belief! Excellent Job! by Teresa K. Salazar on 11/3/2021 Had a backup causing water to leak from underneath the toilet. Plumber came out and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, honest, and very helpful. Got the wax ring replaced and drain snaked quickly and at a reasonable price.

Their prices for the first projedebrisct were very reasonable- and the sewer lateral was also reasonable as well. I would use them again for any future projects/ work or emergencies.

And very compliant with covid precautions. I always feel I am getting a straightforward assessment of the state of my HVAC systems. I have an old boiler and have never gotten a hard sell to replace it, but feel they are being honest about its condition
