Maria T Motta, FNP

Maria Motta, FNP, is a board-certified family medicine nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations and school and sports physicals. She specializes in managing minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, anxiety, COPD, depression, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, tobacco use, and urinary tract infections. Maria also performs minor skin procedures and prescribes weight management medications.

Maria enjoys helping patients improve and maintain their health by promoting wellness through exercise, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
