Louise K Blase, FNP

Louise Blase, NP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner who sees patients 18 years and older. She provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, well-woman exams, vaccinations, pre-employment exams, and physicals for the Department of Transportation. Louise manages minor illnesses and injuries, cold and flu symptoms, and acute and chronic conditions, including asthma, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and back and joint pain.
