I called Taylor's Heating and Air, someone answered on the first ring, and they sent out one of the owners within an hour!! Billy was smart, polite, explained things clearly, and finished the job quickly. Within an hour of his arrival, we had heat again! If you need help with HVAC, these guys are definitely the ones to call.

The technician Billy arrived on time yesterday afternoon. He explained in detail how and what he would be doing while at the house. And as he went through each step he also commented. He wore a mask and booties as well. He was friendly. At the end he showed me the filter and how dirty it was. I told him we had not had our air ducts cleaned for 10+ years and recently we did some construction that generated a lot of dust. I've been experiencing a lot of allergies and I can tell the difference already.
Before choosing Taylor's Heating and Air I got 5 quotes from other companies through google. Pricing is pretty comparable. This company had better comments. I don't regret my choice. I fully recommend this company .

We chose the new, high-efficiency replacement, Taylor's Heating and Air did an excellent job installing it and making it work in our old house. we can now get warm in cold mornings incredibly quickly and wonder why we waited for failure to upgrade to a more environmental and more comforting heater!

These guys are great. I called them around 10 AM and they were here by 12:30. Clear explanation of what was broken, no upselling. Prompt repair, reasonable prices. Plus the tech is an interesting guy to talk to. Couldn't have been better.

The company was really responsive to inquiry. Setting up an appointment with the scheduler was informative and easy. Transparent initial field inspection price. Automatic reminder of the appointment was helpful. The technician showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about the furnace system and professional in his work, explained information and provided advice in easy to follow details. Called on a Friday, tech came out on Saturday morning and looked at unit to see problem. He described problem, had the solution to fix and scheduled a time on Monday morning to come out to fix. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.
