Where else can you sip coffee in a comfortable environment people watching? Sure the coffee is a bit pricey, but you're paying for location and name recognition. Besides the coffee isn't bad and neither is the staff.

Coffee is good. Just like at all the other Carabou coffee houses. The plus here is that there is great people watching to be done. You can watch fresh faced college kids run around while local street bums try to shake them down for change.
