Although North Carolina sets the minimum requirements for a Home Inspection our customers are not hiring us to give them a minimal inspection. This, however, is the standard for almost every other home inspection company in the area. When you hire one of our highly trained and professional inspectors you are getting the absolute best in the industry. We will only ever schedule our inspectors for one inspection a day. This is because some homes take longer than others to inspect and sometimes unexpected issues can arise that are unpredictable. If an inspector were limited to a certain time constraint to accommodate multiple inspections in a day these unexpected issues would go uninvestigated. When you hire an A-Pro inspector you are getting that inspector's undivided attention for the duration, however long that takes. Ask all the questions you want. We will not be satisfied until you are satisfied.
