Great food, Great prices, friendly service by Amie M via Insider Pages on 6/8/2009
My family and I enjoy this place. The food is great and the staff is so friendly. Brightleaf is a nice place to hang out too. You can sit outside and enjoy live music at times. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Our family loves this place! My husband eats here once a week with his coworkers. The managers are welcoming and super friendly. The lunches are inexpensive and tasty.
Good Mexican in Brightleaf by Tommy A via Insider Pages on 10/10/2008
The food at El Rodeo is always on the ball, with great chips and salsa to fill up your stomach before the delectable main courses come in. Great lunch specials and fantastic margaritas will leave you both buzzed and full on your way back…
surprised! by DurhamFoodie via Citysearch on 9/21/2008
very surprised that El Rodeo was as good as it was. Very cool atmosphere, serves cold Corona's and very large burritos. Kind of challenging location to find. I recommend the burritos, there may be other good options but when i think of…

El Rodeo on Main Street is one of the BEST mexican eating places. The wait staff there is extra friendly and quick. Everytime I go in they remember me and what I like! I wish that more places were like this one.
Good lunch, served quickly by rconglet via Citysearch on 1/6/2006
El Rodeo is a great spot for a quick, hearty lunch that costs about the same as the average fast food joint. The service is fast, but it is good, too. The menu can be overwhelming, but I suggest you try the "Rodeo Lunch" -- very tasty. …

Friendly, Fast, Delicious by somemyrrh via Citysearch on 6/15/2003
The servers at El Rodeo are friendly and helpful. Since I eat here a few times a month, the person who usually serves me even remembers my food allergies when I return. Their chicken fajita burrito is great, and their salsa, while mild,…

The food is always good, hot and served VERY quickly. That it's very inexpensive is an added bonus. I eat here at least once a week.
Typical fare by shakezilla via Citysearch on 10/21/2002
Typical fare, this place is totally identical to every other Mexican joint in the Triangle. I like how there's a string of reviews that rated this place "10". Not fishy at all. Duh.
Great Food and Price! by arthurb3 via Citysearch on 9/11/2002
The El Rodeo in City Market is my favorite! I eat here all the time. They are always friendly.
aye Que' bueno by puertoricanqueen via Citysearch on 8/25/2002
Best margarita within any distance you care to drive. The jumbo is serious so go with a designated driver. Juan will make you feel like an old friend.
Boring. by mgwalter via Citysearch on 6/6/2002
Standard American Mexican. It's inexpensive, nothing surprising, nothing special. You'd do better exploring other less generic Mexican choices.
