The Durham Exchange is an intimate event venue & rental space that is perfect for events of all kinds, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, parties, showers, banquets, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and more!
Our hourly Wedding and Event rental fees range from $250-$450 hourly and include tables, chairs, catering prep space, market lights, parking, and more! Our onsite manager will set up and break down our tables and chairs and will clean up our venue after your event.
Wedding Rentals also include, two rooms to be used as wedding party suites, 1 hour for a ceremony rehearsal, 1 hour for you to take bridal or engagement pictures.
Plus, you can bring your own Vendors free of charge.
