Absolutely terrible by j.mcpherson3 on 8/15/2022 Please know that this is actually a 1 star review. Companies have become clever over the years as they can prevent poorly rated reviews from being seen. Here was my Google review which was blocked.....Folks - If you have been patiently waiting for the signal that confirms true professionalism, quality and pride have been painstakingly removed from businesses these days - Look no further than J Key roofing.From the introduction of a team going door to door trying to get your home owners insurance to cover worn shingles under a class action lawsuit, then trying to have said insurance company cover damages they created, said insurance company dropping negotiations because of their unethical antics, to J Key refusing to fix the damages, to a carefully constructed contract that removes them from all liability of damages they perform to your property, to J Key putting a lien on your home in a childish rage when you reach out to the states Better Business Bureau to report their poorly run business as they refuse to cover damages - you will be left with a feeling that you are an inadequate human being for assuming that a roofing company could hold their own...Unfortunately, there are not enough characters to use in this review to go over the 20-some odd things they absolved themselves from. Like damage to the paint on the siding, mangling multiple pieces of flashing, installing the wrong size drip rail leaving 4 inch tall builders gaps between the flashing and soffit fascia. Two entire areas of the interior ceiling with every nail backing out of the dry wall from 'normal' vibrations, using leaf blowers to blow debris into open roof sections. All I can do is warn future victims and steer them clear. When they initially came through the neighborhood to peddle their wares, my wife could not find any reviews of them for our area. Suspected that was because they were new to the area. We should of stuck with our initial gut feeling on these guys...
