Email confirmation, email update day before trip with driver picture and contact info, email telling you driver is on way and then arrived. Follow up email with comments for feedback. Extremely customer friendly. Our driver was lovely, engaging and very professional. Traveling can be stressful but this company is wonderful and reliable. Highly recommend it!
