I've been a member for a few months now and I can't be happier. I use my nurse, nutrition, and trainer appointments regularly. I go in and do my workout and leave feeling great. I haven't been this in shape since I was in high school.

Love this place. I can put my kids in daycare and watch them while I work out. I'm not locked in to a minimum term like I was at other gyms. I can cancel whenever and just give 90 days notice. Definately recommend it.
