Official Towing Service was fantastic!! My truck broke down about 30mins from my friend's house, and they showed up as soon as I called them. They were great to talk to, too! It’s not necessary for the job to have a good conversation, but it’s appreciated I’ll always call this company if I need a tow.

They were quick and VERY professional. Secured the bike well and treated it better than a car. Well...a car is more stable than a bike. I like supporting the small business and this is one that works hard and shows they care. Highly recommended!

David was about as awesome as it gets.
He arrived on time with his super awesome truck, got me and my motorcycle to the mechanic's shop safe and sound, and was great to talk with on the way, all for a reasonable price.
I'll definitely use him again if/when the time comes.

Needing a tow is a nightmare experience in itself, but having to wait hours for a tow service makes the experience even worse. Calling David was the best decision I made, after my car died. Within 30 minutes of the call, David was there to help. In addition to a tow to my preferred auto shop, David provided a wealth of information and support. He is the only towing service I've ever used that actually demonstrated a focus on customer service and experience. Fair pricing, great service - so I HIGHLY recommend.

These guys were awesome I dealt with Official Towing Service LLC and they fixed my flat in under a half hour they were super reliable on schedule and communicated very well about their ETA. they had a few calls ahead of me but definitely traded me well. 10/10 would recommend Official Towing Service LLC.

I can't begin to say how wonderful David was to us. We were waiting for another tow company for hours. They just left us. Our insurance company called Official Towing LLC. David came within 15 mins.
