Maria's has been in Santa Fe a long time. The food is decent, traditional New Mexican fare. The bar is quirky and full of local Santa Fe characters. It's good for take out, but it's not one of the finer dining experiences in Santa Fe.

The wait can be long...make a reservation. The margaritas are like no place in America, and the margarita list (or book) is incredible. Great guacamole. Average New Mexican food. The tables are close together, but it's an institution.
