Welcome to Great Neck Podiatry! Ours is a patient-first practice serving the Manhasset, Riverdale, Roslyn and Port Washington areas with two offices in Great Neck and the Bronx.

Our team has the training, knowledge, and experience to take care of a multitude of foot and ankle conditions using advanced podiatric treatments that are reliable, predictable, safe, and effective. Some of the cutting edge treatments we provide include EPAT technology for a variety of painful foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, neuromas, metatarsal pain and other soft tissue injuries. We also offer FDA cleared SWIFT therapy for the removal of painful plantar warts, Amniox regenerative injections for tendinitis and plantar fasciitis, Lumix therapy for a variety of inflammatory conditions and fungal nails, and more. Many of our patients have had a reduction in pain and inflammation-and faster healing-with Multiwave Locked System (MLS) Laser Therapy.

We also specialize in diabetic foot care and fall risk assessments. Our comprehensive gait analysis program allows us to diagnose and treat a variety of biomechanical abnormalities, and we also prescribe custom orthotics for both adults and children.

Our podiatrist, Lance Greiff, DPM, takes a collaborative approach with his patients to yield better overall results. Patients are engaged and motivated throughout the treatment process, and very invested in their own recovery. All possible options for care will be presented. Our support staff will even advocate on the patient’s behalf if the most effective/efficient option isn’t covered by their insurance.
