He did a good job for me and saved me from buying a new furnace. But, he charged me a lot for parts. On balance, though I am very glad I called him.

I have called on Northway a few times for my 40 yr old furnace, and he can get the parts and gets it fixed....he's never pushy or rude. If you are looking for overly outgoing and extroverted, this isn't your guy...but he gets the job done…

Thats not bad, at least you got the part and servie for a good price, how about being charged $200 from charlton oil co. to come out to say it is batteries, we replaced ourselves he took money and ran and then we went without heat one day…

I have had them to my house to fix a few problems, always seemed reasonable and everything works great. I would call on him again to fix a problem. He has worked on my pool heater with NO problems.
