We had the best service from Empire Heating and Air Conditioning. They came and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with our AC. They are super clean and professional and their pricing is extremely competitive.

This company will scam you as much as they can; for instance, they went to a "service" at a house I own, and the first thing was a "diagnostic" of the water heater: it needed to be replaced at a cost of $800.00, when another tech fixed it…

Had an estimate done for putting in wood stove. Also had Genessee Chimney Sweepers do estimate. Empire was 1235.00 more. My advice is too and make sure you get a few estimates. Shop around always.
