This bank tries to play games saying that you bounced checks, when in fact, you did not. they charge you $28 per check, and it's all very phony. You really need to fight to get your money back. I know of more than one person that has…

This was a great bank, until it turned into First Niagara. Ever since the switch I have had nothing but problems with my account, and have since taken my money elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.
