My name is Kat Danza, your Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. I am a lifelong practitioner of holistic health. I developed a love for massage, yoga, and dance at a young age. I began teaching dance straight out of college. After the last addition to my brood, I pursued a massage career and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2015. A few years later in 2019, I earned my Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. As a passionate massage practitioner, I completed additional certifications in Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Kinesiology.
