Soumyajit Roy, MD

Soumyajit Roy, MBBS, MD, MSc, is a radiation oncologist at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center specializing in the treatment of prostate, bladder, kidney and lung cancers. After completing his medical training in India, Dr. Roy pursued advanced clinical and research fellowships across leading institutions in the U.S. and Canada. Dr. Roy is an accomplished clinician-scientist recognized with multiple national and international honors from ASTRO, ASCO, ESMO and NIH. A prolific researcher and educator, he has authored over 100 scholarly publications and serves as an Associate Editor for Advances in Radiation Oncology. He is an active member of ASCO, ASTRO and the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India.
