Step By Step Packaging was started on June 1, 1995, by Jim and AnnaMaria Spurgin. The company built itself out of a small warehouse located in south Blue Ash and was forced to expand after just three years due to its rapid growth. Step By Step Packaging has grown to specialize in work that requires excellent quality along with quick turn-around time. The production runs range from one to 500,000 units and shrink-wrapping and labeling items often have a turn-around of forty-eight hours. The company’s scope of flexibility is expansive in order to meet the specified needs of its customers.

Step By Step’s mission to exceed its customer’s expectations has remained steady throughout the years. The company continually strives to run more efficiently and economically. The quality of services provided has continued to reach the superior status as well as receive praise from a multitude of customers.
