Disappointing pre-purchase inspection, and issues not resolved by Disappointed on 12/10/2025 I hired this mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before buying a vehicle. Within 24 hours of his inspection, another shop found several major issues that were missed or not communicated:Brakes were under 3mm and needed immediate replacementFront right headlight was not working and had condensation inside the lens, requiring a full assembly replacementAll four tires showed dry rotThe diagnostic codes he dismissed were actually related to the failing headlightThe mechanic later told me he knew the brakes were worn but didn’t mention it, which is exactly the kind of safety issue a pre-purchase inspection is supposed to identify.I reached out to him privately to try to resolve the situation before writing this review, but the issues were not acknowledged or addressed.Because of these oversights, I ended up with unexpected and expensive repairs right after purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service for anyone who needs a thorough and reliable inspection.
