buyer beware by Libster via Citysearch on 3/29/2009

I bought a piece and had to leave it at the store until I could pick it up. It was damaged during this time, and I was told "you didn't see it" and I had to take my issue to the regional office before I was treated like it was not my fault…

This is a great store, beautiful furniture, really good quality at reasonable prices. We ordered furniture & had a minor problem with one of the pieces, customer service was excellent. We love this store!
