Eri-Ka Inspection Services LLC is a full home inspection and 203k Consulting company.
My reports are completed with a state of the art computer software which includes an unlimited capacity for digital photos. The information highlights areas of concern and clearly identifies potential problems that are useful as a reference tool for any repairs or improvements needed. My reports also include useful illustrations and graphics. Many clients have found the report very easy to read but detailed in explanation and useful for future reference and helpful maintenance tips. All reports are sent via email in PDF format within 24-48 hours after the visual inspection is done.

In addition to our client’s home inspection, I create a personalized Home Energy Report. From the data I collect during the inspection of your client’s home, I assess about 40 different points in the house to evaluate energy savings. The data is immediately sent to Berkley Labs and evaluated by data from the Department of Energy. It is only an estimate but it is quite accurate. This report estimates what the home may cost your client per year to operate and improvements they can make to save money. As an ongoing benefit to all our clients whose homes I inspect a monthly newsletter is sent that gives many helpful hints on the maintenance of their new home-- at no cost to them. They may unsubscribe to this newsletter at any time.

Each new homeowner will be included in a “Homeowners Network” in which they can request help at any time on issues that they may have questions about concerning their home. They will receive a prompt response. All of this will be sent free of charge to them by email. And of course they can always call me! I am adding all these additional services after the home inspection for my clients benefit at no extra cost.

Our team also provides additional inspections for termite, radon and mold. I now am doing air pressure tests on water supply pipes for the winter when water has been turned off. I also can conduct a seminar at no cost to agencies for educating your clients on what to look for and the benefits of having a home inspection performed on their property.
