From the staff at the desk, to the caring techs and of course my favorite Dr. Rich, our visit was as great as a pet trip to the vet could possibly be. The time and gentleness that Dr Rich takes with her fur clients is outstanding.

They are the best. They worked me in at the last minute because I thought me dog needed attention right away.
He had a scratch on his cornea and they treated him. He had a follow up on Monday and is now healed.

Every veterinarian is very knowledgeable and caring. They are gentle and kind with the animals but good with the "parents" too. The office staff are helpful and friendly.

The recent yearly exam for our cat Percy went smoothly. He got his needed shots and a thorough checkup plus some grooming needs and was done before he could complain. Dr. Rausch is tops with Percy and me.

Have gone to the GAH for many, many years now. I recommend it for friends and family. The staff is great, always kind and warm. Have never had a complaint with their services.
