Best have a lawyer from out of area by Christopher Smith on 2/21/2025

 

Judge Brusdzinski is corrupt. From June 2020 - September 2020 I, a 160 pound man, was raped, abused, and constantly threatened with physical violence by my ex Salrina Wadsworth, a 350 pound woman with alcohol and drug addictions. When I started standing up against her to prevent her from raping me anymore she proceeded to try and murder me by strangulation and suffocation. Knowing my life was in danger I resorted to violence against a woman.

I was pinned down underneath her massive weight, fighting desperately to keep her from strangling me to death. She managed to get her hands around my neck, began to squeeze, and said "You fight like a bitch." I began to panic. Thinking fast I put my fingers in her mouth and pulled her head to the side using the inside of her cheek as leverage. She let go of my throat and pinned my arms down and tried to cover my face with her massive breasts.

I began kicking and thrashing my body in order to my legs underneath her. I managed to throw off her balance and throw her off me. I proceeded to try and get away but in my disorientation, she had waited to attack me as I woke up, she grabbed me by my long hair and pulled almost breaking my neck.

Her and I start grappling. Her to finish what she started and me trying to get away. She wouldn't let go of my hair. So I tripped her but still she didn't let go. So I punched her three times in the ribs and that finally got her to let me go. I'm trying to leave the property but she is blocking me and calling the cops. I manage to get past her, to my car, and to the street but I could see the cops coming.

Despite being the victim of two months of rape, assault, and attempted murder; I knew I was going to jail. So I pulled over and waited. Sure enough I was thrown in jail. But the jail made sure to treat me like an animal. They stripped me naked, took my glasses, and put me in a cell that was ice cold. They starved me and let me freeze for three days before I saw the jail therapist.

Upon going to court Judge Bruszinski broke the law and had already determined me guilty without once hearing my side of the story. He sat there and believed my rapists crocodile tears and claims of being threatened by me. I had already been sentenced and they were just going through the formalities.

Judge Bruszinski got my court appointed lawyer to not fight for me, and that's exactly what she did. She sat by and allowed Judge Brudzinski to violate my civil rights. "I'm charging you as a man who hit a woman." In this country people can't be charged with a crime based on characteristics they can't control.

Judge Bruszinski KNOWS he violated the law and could face serious legal trouble. I made a Google review about Bruszinski and now you can't even pull up Google reviews of the courthouse. If that isn't Bruszinski admitting that he broke the law and deserves to be in prison for aiding a rapist and attempted murderer then I don't know what is.

So be extremely careful if you have Brudzinski as your Judge because he is EXTREMELY corrupt. Make sure to get a lawyer from outside the tri-county area because he and every prosecutor/lawyer get together on a weekly basis to talk over their cases. This too I'm sure is illegal as well because it is effectively a secret court hearing where your fate is predetermined by men who don't value the rights granted by the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Judge Brudzinski likes to claim self defense is illegal, the Constitution says it's not, so he can take away their rights and imprison them without a fair trial. To fight Judge Brusdzinski's terroristic ideology you MUST find a lawyer with no ties to him in order to stop his corruption and perversion of justice.

He can try to silence my story no matter how many times I post it where he can see it. I will be heard. I will have justice.
