Central Ohio Electric

Welcome to Central Ohio Electric. We are an electrical contracting company located in Hilliard, Ohio. Our company was established in 1973. For more than 35 years, COE has successfully delivered commercial and residential electrical installations throughout Central Ohio and the surrounding counties.

Central Ohio Electric (COE) was founded by Buford "Bumper" Stout and Carl Moore, Sr. Both of these men had been accomplished electricians for many years. They shared a dream of starting their own business. This dream became a reality when COE was established. They also shared a mutual respect for each other and successfully maintained a working relationship for many years. Their own relationship came to an abrupt end in April of 1993, with the passing of Buford Stout. His only son, Tom, took over his role as president.

Today, COE maintains a high quality, productive workforce. Many of these employees have been with COE since its' inception. COE is constantly obtaining new customers, while continuing to provide service to those we currently do work for. Together, Tom Stout and Carl Moore continue to guide COE into the future.
