In 1976, Bill Brewer took a chance in a crowded flooring market and opened the doors for the first time to what was originally called Rug & Carpet Outlet. Shortly thereafter, Bill hired Steve Street to assist him in the day-to-day operations. It wasn‚A¨o^t long before Steve worked his way up and joined Bill as his business partner. Many things in the flooring world have changed since 1976, including our name, but many qualities of our local, family-owned business have remained the same. Rug & Carpet of Oklahoma (RCO) has served customers for over 40 years at the same location with professional, quality service and great customer care at affordable prices.
