Dr. Rigney Eyecare and Eyewear

In addition to being the founder of Dr. Rigney Eye Care & Eyewear in Owasso, OK, Dr. J Jay Rigney is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Rigney is board certified in anterior segment laser procedures, PRK laser vision correction, and Yag laser capsulotomies. In addition, Dr. Rigney is also board certified to treat infections of the eye and eyelids, with the ability to perform minor surgical lid and corneal procedures, as well as has board certification to treat glaucoma. He has over 33 years in eye care experience that he offers to his central Oklahoma community, and Dr. Rigney takes the time to thoroughly explain every patient's diagnosis.
