Waverly Place in Albany, OR is an elegant new state-of-the-art 70 bed assisted living and 21 bed memory care community which will also house our sister company, Wellness at Home, an in-home health care agency. The well-trained on site teams will also have the added resources of Ridgeline Management Company with several decades of senior living expertise. Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.
