They did a great job on some pants I had taken in and they were done in a week. Had taken some clothes downtown and a month later they hadn't started on them. My husband has also had pants hemmed and they turned out perfect.

Kim's does such excellent work when it comes to tailoring or alterations. I was amazed when I brought in a suit and they repaired it. Fantastic.
