Mark Schachner is the second owner of Excellence Plumbing, proudly carrying forward the tradition established by the original founders, Oscar and Shelly: providing responsive, reliable, and trustworthy plumbing services to the community he calls home.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience, Mark earned his journeyman’s license while working for a large plumbing company focused primarily on new construction. Even then, he knew he was drawn to a more personal approach—one where he could build relationships, solve real problems for real people, and stand behind every job with pride.

Mark believes trust is earned through consistency, communication, and follow-through. That’s why he chose the tagline “We Show Up.” It reflects his commitment to delivering not just expert plumbing work, but a customer experience rooted in reliability, respect, and genuine care.
