Worst service ever! After 20 minutes we just gave up and left. People all around us were eating and being waited on, so maybe it was just us? Anyway, we walked up the street to Hamley's, and had a great lunch and delicious bloody mary's.

The food is OK, the service is a little on the slow side, but it looks like a fun place to drink. Dark and dingy but we felt comfortable. Next time we are in Pendleton, we will see how it is on a Friday night.

The rainbow is a great BAR...not a pastry shop. The best beer in town & the crankiest waitress that you love to tip. At the "Bow" they tell you how it is.. I havn't been there for a year, but there were no pastrys or internet..alot of…
