About the Owner

Michelle Ashley began creating cakes in June 2015, and after completing some professional courses got an opportunity to bake professionally at a local bakery. After 6 months she began her journey into entrepreneurship by opening Michelle Ashley Custom Cakes.

One of the things that set her aside from other cake bakery's was her ability to customize cakes, and work with buttercream, no fondant. The cakes being produced are made from scratch, using high quality ingredients. Her specialties are wedding cakes but she can make cakes for any special occasion that are colorful, and creative.
