My haircut turned out great but I waited an hour for it. I would not have minded if they had called me ahead of time to let me know but I didn't find out how behind they were until I had been waiting 30 minutes.

This was the most relaxing, enjoyable experience I've had! The ladies were respectful, professional and friendly! The building was clean and very comfortable. This was an incredible gift! I will be returning soon!

As always, Jessica was right on time and did a superb job! I love that she understands I only get my hair done every 8 weeks instead of 6 and right up to the end my hair still looks great.
