hard to get in by Kristine D via Insider Pages on 6/9/2009 There aren't many technicians so it is hard to get a walk in hair cut and just about impossible to get any color or treatment without at least 2 or 3 weeks notice. Great service once you can get in though.

Friendly by Ellie F via Insider Pages on 9/13/2008 Upper Cuts is located in the Willowbrook in Boothywn shopping center. Prices are good and you do not need an appointment. I was pleased with the my new hair cut even if it was not the cut I really wanted.
