The Perkins Equity Group focuses its practice on providing legal representation to start-ups, mid- stage and mature businesses in a wide range of business-related matters including mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions and business disputes, tax problem resolution, and transfers of significant wealth from one generation to another.
