I placed order. The wrong order was delivered. I called and asked for the correct order. I waited 2 hours, but no order came. I called and asked for a refund and was told by the manager that they do NOT give refunds.

What once was a landmark for the neighborhood has really gone downhill. The "heim" made quality and comfortable envirnment changed to dirty and "questionable" quality. Such a shame.
