Mechanical and More was started by Kenneth Mahaffey in 2009 after 37 years of experience working [previous work experience]. He saw the need for a contracting company that was as dedicated to its customers and to its employees as much as it was to its profitability. He founded a company that is committed to doing high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Today, Mechanical and More is a team of 7 people who work for some of the most respected residential and commercial customers in the region, including GE, Duke, Verizon, Quik Trip, Kohls, Spartanburg High School, and Hub City Cooperative.
We offer a wide variety of name-brand HVAC systems, and we keep our prices reasonable. We also repair HVAC systems, and when your heat or air conditioning is out, our priority is getting it back up and running as quickly as possible.

We help customers save money on their utility bills by offering duct testing and balance, duct repair, changeouts, and new ductwork installs. We also offer maintenance plans to help ensure ductwork stays working as it should.
