Sandhills Medical Foundation, Inc. is a Federally qualified community health center (FQHC) serving residents of Chesterfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, and Sumter Counties. We have provided high quality healthcare since 1977. We provide primary medical care accessible to people within the community. We are locally owned, not-for-profit Corporation, whose board members come from the communities we serve. Our mission is to be responsive to community healthcare needs by providing quality, comprehensive, and cost effective healthcare. We wish to make care available to everyone in the community.
