A Second Chance Resource Center Network United, Inc. (ARCRC) was established in 2013 as a statewide and national community outreach web based initiative, providing access to a dedicated website and portal that disadvantaged individuals and families can utilize to seek available resources.

A Second Chance Resource Center Network United, Inc. (ASCRC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable tax-exempt non- profit organization that provides information that disadvantaged individuals and families can utilize to seek available resources, utilize the agency workforce development initiatives and networking with community partners to help create economic opportunities, and rebuild sustainable and “healthy communities.”
