It may seem unorganized, but they know what they are talking about, and sell only healthy animals, and good products. A very wonderful place to get pets from. Good service, knowledgable staff.

I Nwas disapointed in critter barn it really catered to people who had fish and other aquarium aniamls. It was unorganized and not what I would choose in a pet store, however, if you have fish it is great.
